Become a Member of the Continuum of Care!
The Santa Maria/Santa Barbara Continuum of Care (CoC) secures funding
for housing and services for homeless individuals and families and those
at-risk of homelessness in Santa Barbara County. The CoC Board and membership
meet regularly to discuss policies, funding opportunities and ways to
collaborate to end homelessness within our County.
The CoC accepts new members throughout the year. To become a member,

Join us for the next CoC Board Meeting
The next meeting of the Santa Maria/Santa Barbara Continuum of Care (CoC) Board will take place at the Santa Ynez Valley Grange Hall at 2374 Alamo Pintado Avenue in Los Olivos on Thursday, January 14 from 10:30 am-12:00 pm. This is a public meeting. Please see the AGENDA for meeting details.
Request for Proposals
The Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) of the
County of Santa Barbara Community Services Department, on behalf of the Santa
Maria/Santa Barbara County Continuum of Care (CoC), is accepting proposals for
the development of system performance measures for Continuum of Care Program
and Emergency Solutions Grant Program funded projects. Interested applicants should review the
Request for Proposals detailing the scope of work, project and procurement
timeline, and submission requirements.
