INSURANCE BENEFITS

HEALTH INSURANCE COUNTY CONTRIBUTION MAXIMUM

Medical - During the term of this agreement, the County shall pay 100% (pro-rated for part-time employees) of the least expensive EPO employee-only premiums.

 
Dental – $13.03 twice monthly

FLEXIBLE SPENDING PLAN

Options include: Health Insurance Pretax Premiums, Medical/Dependent Care Spending, Life/Accident Insurance for employee and family

BILINGUAL ALLOWANCE

SPECIAL DUTY ASSIGNMENTS

5% premium for regular assignment to north county, Psychiatric Health Facility, for psychiatric specialty board certifications or requiring a hospital practice.

5% Special Duty Allowance for employees regularly assigned to work in Lompoc or Santa Maria
