URGENT:  The State of California has changed the EMT Certification Regulations effective July 1, 2010.

The regulations affect new and recertifying EMTs.  All applicants for initial EMT certification must complete both a California DOJ Live Scan and an FBI Live Scan.  Recertifying EMTs only need to complete the DOJ and FBI Live Scans if they are changing to a new certifying agency.
