Public Health Department (PHD)

The Tobacco Prevention Settlement Program (TPSP) provides a variety of prevention, enforcement, and support services to the community. Our ultimate goals are to prevent youth, and all non-smokers, from becoming tobacco users, to assist smokers in their efforts to quit, and to protect the public from the harmful effects of tobacco and secondhand smoke.

Life without smoke.  It's a beautiful world.
